• Work alongside highly motivated, agile teams of software engineers and product managers in the Wealth Tribe and support creating our next generation wealth management services.
• Get to work on cutting edge technology and be part of modern software development practices (e.g. agile and self-sufficient teams, continuous integration and deployment, test automation, cloud-based infrastructure and tooling).
• Building, improving and maintaining the QA automation setup for our web applications and backend systems.
• Support the teams in testing the next generation financial products for everybody - not just for a few privileged individuals.
• Improving and maintaining quality by manually testing across a suite of our products.
• Improve QA processes and write documentation on best practices.
• Support Product Managers with product requirements and acceptance testing.
• Create and deliver the QA roadmap.
• Take full responsibility for your tasks and help to shape the future of QA in your team, tribe and the company.

Qualifications

• A university degree in a relevant field of study (computer science, engineering, sciences or a comparable qualification).
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a QA engineer in software development.
• Exposure and interest in our tech stack: Java, Kotlin, Docker, AWS, React, SQL, Auth0.
• Excellent communication skills that are clear, concise, and targeted towards your audience - engineering, product, or other stakeholders.
• Strong experience test automation, especially ATDD and manual testing
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools, Jira
• Experience in Mobile or Web UI test automation, performance or security testing is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in the FinTech industry and QA certificates are advantages.

The minimum salary under the collective agreement is based on the framework collective agreement for employees in information and consulting. Depending on your training, qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
