We are a specialty vaccine company that develops, manufactures, and commercializes prophylactic vaccines for infectious diseases addressing unmet medical needs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of global compensation and benefits programs
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and research to ensure competitiveness in the market
  • Manage the annual salary review process, including budgeting, data analysis and communication
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to HR business partners and line managers on compensation matters
  • Develop and maintain compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to administer employee benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits
  • Monitor market trends and best practices to recommend improvements or modifications to compensation and benefits programs
  • Participate in global HR projects, such as job architecture design or HR system implementations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in compensation and benefits practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a global environment
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and market trends
  • Experience in job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and annual salary review processes (Willis Towers Watson)
  • Solid understanding of employee benefits programs and administration for Europe and USA
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot, Lookup, Tables, Power Query, ...)

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 52.000,- gross per year based on full-time employment. However, our salaries are market oriented and in line with your qualifications and experience.
