Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of global compensation and benefits programs
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and research to ensure competitiveness in the market
- Manage the annual salary review process, including budgeting, data analysis and communication
- Provide expert advice and guidance to HR business partners and line managers on compensation matters
- Develop and maintain compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to administer employee benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits
- Monitor market trends and best practices to recommend improvements or modifications to compensation and benefits programs
- Participate in global HR projects, such as job architecture design or HR system implementations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in compensation and benefits practices
