We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef to join our team at Eram Talent in Saudi Arabia. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide range of delicious pastries, desserts, and baked goods that meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute pastry menus that showcase creativity and innovation
- Prepare a variety of desserts, including cakes, cookies, tarts, and pastries
- Create unique and visually appealing pastry presentations
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all pastry ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the pastry section
- Manage inventory and order necessary supplies
- Train and supervise pastry staff
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Stay updated on current trends and techniques in pastry making
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
- Creative and artistic skills in pastry decoration
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid culinary certification or degree in pastry arts
- Fluency in English is required
