At the reception of the Red Bull Headquarters, you are the first point of contact for visitors and thus the business card of the company.

As part of the reception team, you are primarily responsible for welcoming international business partners and supporting our Red Bull employees. Therefore, it is important that you present yourself professionally and stay up-to-date with the world of Red Bull. If you are innovative, motivated, and results-oriented, then you are the perfect fit!

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to support our reception team full-time for 38.5 hours a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reception

In this role, you'll take on general office organization as well as all tasks in the area of reception and telephone switchboard operations.

  • Hospitality

As a receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for guests and all employees of Red Bull. With your efforts, you'll create a customer-oriented and organized environment, contributing significantly to a positive first impression.

  • Office Management

You'll coordinate and support administrative matters (e.g., mailings, customer and employee inquiries, etc.), handle all incoming and outgoing mail, and will be responsible for assisting other departments (e.g., fleet management, purchasing).

  • Workspace Allocation

In this role, you'll plan and organize workspace transitions, you'll be responsible for office equipment, and for the maintenance of Red Bull applications, documentation, and workplace ergonomics.

  • Service Support

You'll assist in organizing and conducting central services, contributing to the creation of an optimal and safe working environment for our employees and guests (catering, meetings, transfers, etc.).

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous
  • Completed commercial education (HAK/HBLA A-Levels, apprenticeship) or completed education in the field of hotel & restaurant business
  • Enjoy interacting with people, as well as a strong focus on customer service
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Good communication skills, confident and friendly demeanor
  • Reliability, precision, and organizational talent, as well as flexibility and resilience
  • Travel 0-10%
