Job DescriptionEVENT CONTENT PROMOTION & COMMUNICATION
In this position, you'll oversee the curation of compelling digital content, including articles, videos, and more, to promote event competitions on our company website. You'll also manage the creation and management of editorial content related to event competitions, with a strong focus on optimizing for search engine optimization (SEO). Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing the event section of our website, ensuring all content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligns with brand guidelines.
INTERNAL COLLABORATION
Coordination with internal teams such as Sport, Culture, and Brand will also be an essential part of your job to ensure seamless integration of event activations across digital channels. You'll work closely with the Manager of Digital Brand Activation to implement brand activations that drive audience engagement as well as with the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team to create strategic plans for both participating events and ticketing events.
DATA ANALYSES
You'll be utilizing analytics tools, tracking performance metrics and user behavior, providing insights to optimize future event activations and improve user experience both online and on-site.
MARKETS SUPPORT
You'll provide support to over 75 country digital teams and regional digital teams, ensuring consistency in quality, messaging, branding, and user experience across different geographical regions. Furthermore, you'll collaborate with the Event Marketing team to ensure successful partner integration.
QualificationsProven experience (3 years+) in digital marketing, event management or related roles with a proven track record of successfully managing digital activations for events
Proficiency in content creation with storytelling abilities and an eye for engaging visual content
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely
Strong project management and analytical skills
Enthusiasm for events competitions and fan experience
Fluent in English
Familiarity with website management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred
DTC knowledge would be a plus
Additional InformationDue to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.229,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
