The Job

Bitmovin is looking for a Student Assistant at the Office of the CEO (20 hours per week) in Klagenfurt.

You will make an impact that matters by:

• Supporting different cross-departmental initiatives
• Conducting Market Research on a range of topics (best practices, etc.)
• Facilitating local, national and international travel arrangements with corporate mobility in mind
• Helping to optimize company-wide processes
• Taking ownership of general office management tasks
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Supporting a range of international company events (internal and external)
• Working with people across all functions and departments
• Having a direct impact on our journey to become the category leader in the industry
• Experiencing an international, open and fast-paced culture
• Gaining insights and knowledge in B2B SaaS Business processes

What can you bring

• Experience in an administrative or enabling function
• Ability to use own initiative and work independently
• The capability to keep multiple things running at the same time
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Desire to learn and make an impact
• A Hands-on mentality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in and English and German
