Position overview

Als Chemielabortechniker (m/w/d) in unserer Additives Growth Plattform sind Sie maßgeblich an der Entwicklung innovativer Additive für Beschichtungen beteiligt und begleiten den Produktentwicklungszyklus über die Synthese, anwendungstechnische Ausprüfung bis hin zum Transfer in den Produktionsmaßstab.

Responsibilities

• Planung und Durchführung der Synthesen von Additiven für verschiedene Anwendungsgebiete.
• Anwendungstechnische Prüfung der hergestellten Additive in Beschichtungen von Oberflächen (Planung, Durchführung und Beurteilung der Ergebnisse).
• Aufbauen und Bedienen der Apparaturen und Maschinen zur Lackherstellung.
• Durchführung, Überwachung und Dokumentation der Labor Prozesse.
• Durchführung von chemischen und physikalischen Analysen von Rohstoffen und Produkten.
• Unterstützung bei der Produktübertragung vom Labor in das Technikum und in die Produktion.
• Unterstützung von Kolleg:innen bei Schulungen, Produktvorstellungen, Workshops und Trainings.

Required skills and experience

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant:in.
• Genaue Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Teamarbeit.
• Fundierte IT Kenntnisse von Vorteil (Microsoft Office, SAP, LIMS).
• Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
