For the area of Commercial IT Solutions located in Lenzing we invite IT experts to submit applications for the role as

Team Leader Commercial IT Solutions

• You will lead and motivate a team of experts to deliver standardized digitalization of business processes based on our standard technologies of SAP, and Microsoft in the commercial and sales area.
• You will manage and support projects in cooperation with Business Process Leaders and coordinate external experts and partners.
• You will coordinate the IT demand together with the responsible business process leaders.
• You will ensure the development of employees and support autonomy in the way of work.
• You will develop and maintain a peer network of Business Process Leaders, Key users and Sales managers.
• You will drive process innovation initiatives to optimize the Commercial IT business services.
• You will organise user training to ensure sufficient use of IT solutions.

• You hold a Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Engineering.
• You have extensive experience in IT Application Management.
• You have strong process know-how for state-of-the-art commercial or sales processes.
• You have high social competence, leadership and management skills for intercultural teams.
• You have excellent customer/service orientation, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• You have very good communication skills in English and German (according to ALTE Level 4).

The gross salary for this position according to the collective agreement in the chemical industry is grade level 4.400,- with the willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
