MISSION

Prototyping Technician is responsible for realization of Electrical & Electronical prototype parts for Fuel cell projects and laboratory's needs

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Electrical/Electronical stock and equipment in Workshop

• Manage inventory of EE material for prototypes realization.
• Manage equipment, identify needs and propose new equipment for prototyping.
• Create purchase order and follow deliveries.
• Adapt storage.

Realize prototypes

• Analyse of the work request and exchange with requestor to clarify the needs.
• Design prototype electronic boards.
• Define part list to realize prototypes and order parts needed.
• Realize prototypes: wire harness, electronic boards soldering, mechanical parts.

Support supplier quality for incoming inspection

• Support supplier quality team for EE component incoming inspection:
• Check that supplier performance datas are aligned with component specifications.
• Check that proto parts are fitting to drawing.

COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS

• Technician certificate (Electrical and/or electronics) with 5 years' experience

• advanced technician's certificate (Electrical and/or electronics) with 2 years' experience

• Electrical certification for Austria is a plus

• EMC knowledge and HV <1000 VDC experience is an advantage

• Demonstrated experience in electrical or electronic field in prototyping, production or laboratory

• Experience in machinery industry on electrical or electronical is also accepted

• Demonstrated skills in electrical wiring assembly.

• Demonstrated experience in PCB assembly manual soldering.

• Experience in wiring harness design.

• Experience in electronic board design is a plus
