We are looking for a motivated and energetic Director:in of Housekeeping to join Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.

Job Summary:

• You are responsible for leading, training and managing the housekeeping and laundry staff
• You are responsible for scheduling staff shifts and allocating duties
• To your main duties belongs also inspecting rooms and public areas for cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.
• You are responsible for helding some of our standards training sessions

Required Skills:

• You have a great experience of several years especially in the hotel industry and heart of house department
• Leadership and management skills
• Open-minded personality and positivity towards your team and especially also to our guests
• You are passionate about your job, which is reflected in the quality of your work and your style
• You have very good hosting and communication skills in German & English
