Key Account Manager - PMS/Hospitality- French Speaker

Your Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic person to join our PMS Key Account Management team. You will play a crucial role in satisfying, retaining, cross-selling, and upselling to our valued customers. Picture yourself as the conductor of an orchestra, harmonizing various departments and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

What you will do:

  • Commercial Focus: Drive revenue growth through identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiating contracts, and meeting booking quotas. Collaborate with global peers to maximize revenue potential.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Serve as the central point of contact, understanding customer needs and challenges, and ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Support: Provide vital support to customers, addressing concerns and coordinating with Ops teams for effective solutions.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Support, Pre-sales, Solution, Implementation, Finance, Marketing, and Executive Sponsors, to meet customer demands.

  • Customer Advocacy: Articulate customer needs and pain points to internal teams, driving improvements in service and product offerings.

Personal KPIs:

  • New Bookings: Secure new contracts and drive revenue growth.

  • Revenue Ramp: Ensure new and existing customers achieve expected revenue generation through effective ramp-up.

  • Cross-sell and Upsell Bookings: Expand product usage and introduce new products to existing customers.

Key Activities:

  • Manage a portfolio of named accounts, creating individualized account plans.

  • Monitor customer performance and coordinate resolutions for discrepancies.

  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review performance and identify business opportunities.

  • Track and maximize revenue/volumes against forecasts for new accounts/products/services.

  • Coordinate and negotiate renewals, repricing activities, and ensure compliance with regulatory changes.

  • Maintain updated customer information in Salesforce and other repositories.

  • Take accountability for major incident resolutions, coordinating with stakeholders for rapid service resumption.

Who you are:

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

  • A "growth and collaboration" mindset, focused on building trust and growing business through support and relationship-building.

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the hotel technology landscape.

  • Experience in the hospitality industry, with good knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and payment processing, FinTech, and regulatory frameworks advantageous.

  • Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.

  • Experience with Protel property management system (PMS) or similar product is essential.

  • Whilst this role can be based in UK, Austria, Germany or Spain, will be responsible to supporting across different regions. We are looking for all candidates to speak fluent English and ideally another language such as French, German or Spanish.
