Our experienced team is responsible for one of the largest databases of our company and further 20 applications, which are mainly developed and maintained on mainframe where large amounts of data and performance are our daily challenges.

The smooth operation of our products is rounded off by fault analyses and troubleshooting, so that know-how regarding banking business is not neglected either. This means insights into practically all "corners" of banking IT through our close cooperation with infrastructure, George and payment transactions up to the DWH.

We are looking for an engaged and enthusiastic Solution Manager to join our team help shape our applications for the future by building efficient and stable libraries and state of the art microservices which you will also get in contact with.

• Managing daily operations and ensuring their smooth execution
• Overseeing both run and change processes
• Coordinating and prioritizing operational tasks
• Aligning and implementing requests from business stakeholders, cooperation partners (internal and external) and within the team
• Ensuring that requirements are delivered on time, within budget and with high quality
• Assigning tasks to the team while managing their workload and utilization of resources

• Comprehensive understanding of banking workflows from both business and IT perspectives
• Good knowledge of Microsoft, Jira, Confluence
• Experience providing 2nd-level support and monitoring third-level support
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present outcomes in a structured and business-understandable way
• Fluent in English both written and verbal and basic German skills (willingness to learn)
• Reliable team player with a proactive approach and high sense of commitment

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 52.136,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality, we are more than happy to discuss your actual expectations.
