We are therefore looking for an experienced Digital Security Project Manager to join our Digital Security team who has robust background in managing complex security projects and ensuring the implementation of essential functions to guarantee the security of our company.
As Digital Security Project Manager, you will be oversee planning and tracking of various security projects. You will take on the responsibilities of a Program Lead and have a the strategic foresight to run programs that align with our security objectives. As the nexus between our technology capabilities and our IT goals, you will play a key role.
RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role, you will lead the planning and implementation of project and program initiatives. You will work with management and stakeholders to define the project scope, objectives and deliverables that support IT goals. To this end, you will develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents. In addition, you will ensure that project and program expectations are communicated clearly and in a timely manner to team members and stakeholders.
PROJECT MANAGEMENTIn the area of project management, you will be responsible for meeting project milestones and deliverables. To do this, you will plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. You will estimate the resources and participants required to achieve the project goals. You will also be responsible for drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending budget changes where necessary. Proactively managing changes to the project scope, recognizing potential crises and developing contingency plans are also part of her extensive responsibilities. In addition, you will be responsible for mentoring, counseling, motivating and supervising project team members and contractors to take positive action and ownership of the work assigned to them.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
