Desktop Support Engineer

• 1st and 2nd level IT support

• Installation, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting of Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Evaluation and integration of new operating system versions, drivers and hardware

• Provide technical expertise for system transitions, migrations and consolidations

• Management of antivirus and desktop security and management solutions

• Installation of client hard- and software including the maintenance of our asset system

• Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role

• Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems

• Advanced hands-on experience with Windows operating system and user management in Active Directory

• Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues in IT infrastructure

• A strong willingness to learn about and introduce new desktop applications and technologies

• Fluency in verbal and written English, your work language is English
