Responsibilities
As an IT Business Partner - Quality (m/f/d) your responsibilities are split in three main activities:
Business Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between the IT department and the Quality department (local-global)
- Building strong relationships and understanding business needs
- Collaborate with Quality stakeholders to identify IT opportunities that enhance quality processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Planning and Solution Delivery
- Partner with Quality leadership to develop IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with Quality objectives and business goals
- Provide input into the development of IT initiatives, ensuring that Quality requirements are adequately addressed
- Lead the delivery of digital projects and initiatives that support Quality functions, from demand management via architecture and technology review to project proposal and implementation oversight
- Current Quality Landscape (LCM and new implementation includes): LIMS, DMS, QMS, CMMS, eMBR and ERP Systems
- Work closely with IT teams to design, develop, and deploy IT solutions, ensuring they meet Quality requirements and adhere to industry standards and regulations
- Support landscape and interface management for the digital solutions
Quality System Support
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for IT systems and applications used in Quality management, including Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Collaborate with IT support teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure the timely resolution of Quality-related IT incidents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Quality Management or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in IT business partnering or a similar role, preferably in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices or biotechnology
- Strong understanding of Quality management principles and regulations (e.g., FDA regulations, GAMP standards, and CSV)
- Experience leading IT projects and initiatives, with a focus on Quality systems and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral/written in English), with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Knowledge of IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS-Labware) is a plus

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 66.000,- gross per year based on full-time employment. However our salaries are market oriented and in line with your qualifications and experience.
