Working Student with focus on Sales Operations f/m/d

Are you looking for a job parallel to your business or technical studies where you can apply your theoretical knowledge in practice? Then we have the right opportunity for you! We are looking for a working student at our headquarters in Graz to support the team for 15-20 hours per week. You will be part of the Affiliate Group team, which represents a network of different countries and thus makes a valuable contribution to the business success in the field of "Instrumentation & Test Systems".

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• One of your tasks will be to support the Sales Operations Manager and the Key Account Manager.
• Your support will also be required in the preparation of customer quotations.
• You will enjoy participating in the processing of public tenders.
• With your accurate way of working, you will support the continuous maintenance of CRM data.
• You will work on subtasks and subprojects together with your colleagues.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You are currently studying (university/university of applied sciences) in a business or technical study program.
• You are particularly proud of your first professional experience - ideally in an international environment.
• You enjoy working in a team and have an independent way of working.
• Your written and spoken German and English skills are very good.
• You are comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel).

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €38,980.06. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
