Portfolio Support f/m/d

in part time/20 hours per week

In this role, you will support the Portfolio Manager in the creation and maintenance of the Global Customer Service portfolio.

This position is a part-time position of 20 hours per week.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Requesting new sales articles on the basis of the Portfolio Manager's pre-definitions
• Setting up and maintaining material master data
• Carrying out price adjustments after consultation with the Portfolio Manager
• Implementation and maintenance of sales texts
• Ensuring the availability of the portfolio in the AVL sales channels (e.g. eShop, Quote)

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed training (apprenticeship, high school diploma) with a focus on the commercial sector
• First professional experience in quotation management an advantage
• Responsible way of working and ability to work in a team essential
• Very good knowledge of German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €39,060.00 (Part-time aliquot). The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
