Your ProfileYou are able to quickly grasp new technical information, quickly establish a successful cooperation, recognize and use different areas of expertise and skills of the team members. You commit yourself to the results of your own team, you create energy and commitment by connecting team members. You set yourself ambitious goals, remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations and take decisions despite uncertain circumstances.You are best equipped for this task if you have:A Master degree or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or similar fields. Specialization in semiconductor physics is a strong plus.At least 6 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, thereof 4 years as a project leader preferably in the area of chip technology developmentA solid technical understanding of power electronic device physics, and/or wafer technology development (semiconductor processing)The ability to understand and lead in complex project situations: consolidate and present those to senior management level (including technical challenges)Convincing communication and presentation skillsProject management certification (e.g. IPMA C) is a plusExcellent English skills; German as a plusAbout Us Driving decarbonization and digitalization.
