Its activities also include the Low Carbon Business as well as the entire gas business.Our businessYour tasks Leading Performance Management Initiatives and Cost Efficiency Projects Coordinating or leading Benchmarking Studies and/or Performance Analyses and Insights.Coordinating or leading Value Center Performance Management activities including interaction with relevant Senior Management.Developing, analyzing and maintaining Key Performance Indicators and its systems.Contributing to or leading Target Setting and Alignment.Analyzing and visualizing performance relevant data and information and automizing its flow.Defining sound proposals to improve procedures and guidelines and providing input for policies, providing clear, useable advice to superiors & peers, and actively contributing to internal discussions and questions status-quo in Performance Management. Your profile Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, IT or similiar.
