You'll support the transfer pricing team to further develop, execute, monitor and coordinate the existing transfer-pricing concept and support determination of transfer prices for marketing-, media- and sports companies within Red Bull, such as formula 1. As part of central transfer pricing documentation management, your key responsibilities include preparation and ongoing administration of transfer pricing documentations. You'll participate in transfer pricing projects and support group companies in international tax- and transfer pricing topics and audits.
Job DescriptionTRANSFER PRICING POLICY
In this position you’ll be responsible for the further development of global transfer pricing policies for service companies. You'll also manage the preparation of transfer pricing documentations for group companies with local teams and in accordance with local requirements.
DETERMINATION OF INTRAGROUP TRANSFER PRICES
You'll set and review transfer prices for a wide range of transactions for services, products and interest based on global transfer pricing policy. Further you’ll be involved into the worldwide set-up of new companies and transactions.
MINIMIZATION OF TRANSFER PRICING RISKS
You'll take care to minimize risks from intercompany charges and permanent establishment matters. Within this role you’re responsible to minimize double taxation, avoidable withholding- and value added taxes linked with intercompany transactions.
PARTICIPATION IN PROJECTS
You’ll participate in different kinds of transfer pricing projects and take care of the amendment and further development of transfer pricing agreements. Support of the group companies in relation to transfer pricing matters and international tax audits is also part of your responsibilities.
QualificationsMin. 5 years of experience at a tax consultant office or within a group tax department
Degree in Business Administration (or similar)
Fluent in German and English
Good knowledge of national and international tax law and transfer pricing
Relevant experiences in transfer pricing
Distinct analytical capacity
Very good Excel skills, knowledge in SAP BI of advantage
High focus on results, operational readiness, and flexibility
Additional InformationDue to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 3,038 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
