Acquire new customers by focusing on understanding our customers’ business challenges, opportunities, and strengths
Lead the sales process from first contact to closing while maintaining clear documentation in our CRM system
Maximize the sales performance against agreed targets and maintain profitability in line with company objectives
Represent the company at international trade shows, presentations, and seminars
Support the long-term sales and marketing strategies for the region
Support of the implementation process towards customer and operations team
Your profile
Degree in Business Management (B.Sc./M.Sc.), a technical educational background, or similar relevant education
3+ years of experience in sales and/or previous knowledge regarding technical solutions in the energy industry
Previous B2B SaaS experience is an asset
Driven by challenges and targets - Proven experience of customer acquisition and in building sustainable relationships
Consultative sales with a solution-driven mindset and genuine curiosity and willingness to develop deep market and product knowledge
Excellent communication skills – both interpersonal and on the phone with potential prospects
Full Fluency in English and Norwegian.
Reliability and organizational skills to support project management
Open to changes, with a “can do” attitude and desire for continuous improvement
Willingness to travel (5 to 15% travelling expected)
Based in Vienna or a central location in Norway, Sweden or Finland.
