• Strong intercultural competence with English level C1
• Experience in matrix organisations is an advantage
• Determined, committed and highly creative

• Leading of a business unit consisting of 9 countries
• Development of new sales opportunities and product solutions in the area of control cabinet air conditioning & process cooling
• Budget responsibility for the region as well as monthly monitoring
• Developing sales campaigns
• Creating training concepts and organising internal and external workshops
