We are looking for an experienced Technical Customer Success Manager (m/f/d), based in Linz or Munich, full-time or part-time.
Driven by a clear mission for customer centric implementation service, as the Technical Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for deploying and configuring our software solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
As part of our Product team, you will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your profile- At least two years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Technical Consultant, Application Specialist, IT Support, Implementation Engineer).
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for direct B2B customer interactions.
- Experience with database management systems (preferably MS SQL).
- Knowledge of HL7 API connectivity is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Structured, transparent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Fluency in English and German; proficiency in French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally (10 %)
Key responsibilities- Leading the deployment and configuration of our software solutions to meet clients' needs.
- Collaborating closely with international GBO colleagues and clients (both onsite and remote) to develop and maintain implementation plans and project timelines.
- Designing technical setups and workflows based on individual customer requirements.
- Implementing our software, which includes installing, configuring, and integrating with third-party systems.
- Taking full ownership of the technical aspects of client projects.
- Providing continuous technical support and assistance to clients throughout their journey.
- Serving as 3rd-level support post-implementation to ensure seamless operations.
- Traveling internationally to client sites (currently Europe-wide) to oversee implementations and provide onsite support.
