Requirements

• Create, implement, and manage SEO strategies for multiple clients to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and provide recommendations to improve website performance.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
• Create and optimize high-quality, engaging, and keyword-rich content.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software.
• Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance and make data-driven decisions to improve rankings.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients based on SEO performance data.
• Keep pace with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing management, preferably within a digital agency.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Experience with website analytics, data analysis, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluent German speaker with excellent English proficiency.
