ESG Sustainability Manager (f/m/d)

AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for an:

Based at AOP Health HQ, you will lead the implementation of ESG reporting and support management in defining the sustainability strategy and its implementation across the business.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

• You will lead the project management for the preparation and development of an EU directive-compliant CSRD report in cooperation/coordination with external project support
• You will be responsible for deriving and creating effective, viable and realisable concepts
• Collect and analyse ESG data from different departments
• Developing and implementing sustainability strategies in line with the company's goals and objectives
• You will be responsible for the development of ESG data management
• You will drive the implementation of ESG controlling
• Effectively convey ESG information to various stakeholders
• You will analyse and document operational processes and present the results in the Sustainability Report
• Manage other exciting financial management projects with a focus on corporate finance and controlling

Your Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in business administration, sustainability management or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in project management
• Interest in working intensively in the new field of ESG / sustainability and desire to lead further finance projects in the future
• Ability to analyse and interpret complex data and trends
• Understanding of sustainability reporting and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of current ESG relevant legislation and guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and German
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and resilience
• Highly organised, able to work independently and keep track of projects

• Gross monthly salary provided for this function is a minimum of EUR 3.400.- based on full-time employment. Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
