Responsibilities:
Planning, Implementation, testing, optimization and ensuring the operation of the following software systems (with Kiwiplan)
- Kiwiplan Enterprise Sales Processing (ESP-Sales)
- Quote Management incl. Product Design (excl. Costing&Pricing)
- Order Management
- Invoice Processing (incl. Data Transmission to SAP)
- Definition and Implementation of Interfaces
- Account master data, Invoices, Credit master data
- Implementation of Templates for document printing
User Access Rights (in defined area)
- Supporting approvement user access rights
Supporting Kiwiplan-Plants
- Support and train local experts
- Analysing, processing and coordinating of process support issues
- Information transfer of changes/adjustments to site key-users
- Implementation of new modules
- Parameterization in Kiwiplan incl. Tests & Documentation
- Creating and maintenance of Kiwiplan tickets incl. Tests & Documentation
Kiwiplan Roll-Outs
- Analysing existing processes
- Consulting of process changes
- Implementing new Software/Modules
- Supporting implementation of interfaces
- Train local organization
- Projectmanagement in responsible area
Application and Process Support
- Creating and maintenance of process documentation and detailed process description
- Dealing with IT-Now (GSN) Tickets in Service Desk System
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Technical knowhow
- Business- and Processmanagement education
- Advanced knowledge in logistics processes
- Profound IT knowledge
- Structured and solution oriented practices
- English knowledge in spoken and written
