Junior DevOps Engineer (m/f)
in Graz/Austria. As a DevOps engineer, you’ll ensure that our backend and frontend applications that are processing several millions of requests per day, are deployed and updated in a continuous integration and deployment pipeline and that production instances are running smoothly. Our applications are used by thousands of stores and distribution centers around the globe to manage inventory, streamline retail operations and provide consumers with a completely new shopping experience. our microservice-based software solution through a Continuous Integration (CI)

= Diagnose and resolve
issues in production environments

our distributed software solution and identify potential issues before they

= Work on improvements
of our CI/CD pipeline
= Work collaboratively
with our product owners,
customers, QA-focused people, developers, and project managers
Your
Profile
= Hands-on mentality

= Basic knowledge in
scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) to automate build and deployment tasks
= Basic knowledge of
RDBMs (MS SQL)
= Good communication
skills in German and English
= Basic knowledge in
working with agile, distributed teams is an advantage

Bonus points if
= HTL-graduation or
University degree (BS/MS) in Computer Science or a related field
= Basic knowledge on
the .NET Stack (C#)
= Experience with support
ticketing systems similar to OTRS, ServiceNow or ServiceDesk
= Experience on
Microsoft Azure
= Experience with Microsoft
Team Foundation Server (MS TFS)
= Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB)
= Experience with
Containerization (e.g. Docker) and Orchestration (Kubernetes)
= Contribute to the
community via open source – ideally shown on platforms such as GitHub
The minimum monthly gross salary for this position (according to the collective agreement for employees of service providers in the field of automatic data processing and information technology) is € 2.338,-. Based on your experience and qualification you can expect more than that
