Responsibilities:
- You will be in direct contact with our suppliers and service providers and will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts with suppliers and service providers in the direct and indirect areas.
- With your quality awareness, you will ensure that quality standards are met in the procurement of materials and purchased parts for production.
- You will also be responsible for purchasing price controlling and regular reporting, including cost structure analyses and value analyses in the direct and indirect areas.
- You keep an eye on costs and implement cost-cutting measures.
- You will regularly carry out benchmarks (procurement market research).
- Your tasks will also include supporting the procurement of indirect goods and services.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Completed studies or comparable training and further education in the technical or business management field
Professional experience:
- You have several years of experience in technical purchasing - ideally in a manufacturing company.
IT skills:
- MS Office, ideally SAP knowledge
Skills:
- Strong negotiation & communication skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time
- Project management
- Excellent German and English language skills are required.
- Ability to work in a team
