We are the fastest growing marketplace for refurbished electronics in the German speaking region and are based in Vienna. Through our marketplace, completely renewed electronics like phones, laptops and tablets that are up to 40% cheaper and 100% more sustainable are sold to consumers. We founded the company in February 2017 and expanded to Italy, France and further European countries already. The People Operations department empowers, supports, and motivates team members in their day-to-day work with the aim to grow within refurbed. The team is looking for a highly motivated Senior Teamlead Recruiting (m/f/x). Together with the recruiting team of experts in Tech- and Commercial Recruiting, you will be responsible for hiring over 100 new highly qualified joiners in 2022.

Who you are
- 5-7 years of experience in Recruiting for a Tech-Company
- No particular university degree needed, but a good knowledge of Data and Statistics
- Experience leading and growing a team
- End-to-end inhouse recruiting experience with strong focus on quality and the candidate experience
- Passionate about HR-Tech, Global Recruiting and Team Development
- Very passionate and experienced with hiring devlopers
- Extremely good planning abilities and diligence
- Very good communicator and fantastic interviewer
- You always want to improve things and never stop to think about improvements
- You are passionate about people and consider their happiness, before you hire them
- You want to spend your time making a difference
- Excellent English (German is a plus, but not a requirement)
What you'll do
- You will lead and develop the in-house recruitment team of international experts in tech- and commercial recruitment
- You will be responsible for a great candidate experience and a high retention of talents after 6 months
- You will coordinate over 100 hires in 2022
- You are responsible for the candidate funnel, tracking and monitoring of the budgets and the different channels
- You will generate learnings and implement new best practices in the team
- You will work closely together with all hiring managers, our Head of People Operations and our Development Manager to ensure the best standards in recruitment and onboarding
- You will be responsible for monitoring possible bias as we keep improving on our Inclusion and Diversity Strategy
- You will lead projects to gain more market insights
- You will train new team members and hiring managers in recruiting
