You will be working as a Working Student Future of Work Innovation Management. This position offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of innovation management and shape the future of work.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the Innovation Management team in researching and analyzing market trends and emerging technologies
• Assist in the development and implementation of innovative solutions to optimize work processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation initiatives and foster a culture of innovation
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential areas for innovation
• Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries to communicate insights and recommendations
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support innovation projects
• Help organize and coordinate events, workshops, and training sessions related to innovation management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the field of future work
• Assist in any other tasks related to future of work innovation management as assigned

Your Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a student at a university or college, preferably in a field related to innovation management, business administration, or a related discipline
• Knowledge of and interest in the future of work, digital transformation, and emerging technologies
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to gather and evaluate information from various sources
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic

Working Conditions:

• This is a part-time position, expecting around 20 hours per week
• Work hours can be flexible to accommodate your class schedule
• You will work primarily in an office setting, with the potential for remote work depending on the circumstances
• Occasional travel to attend meetings, workshops, or conferences may be required
