In the Pulp & Paper - Capital Systems department in Graz, we are looking for an After Sales Engineer for Automation and Instrumentation (m/f/d).
Your Tasks
- Processing, calculation and preparation of technical service and spare parts offers as well as negotiations
- Customer care
- Control programming of special machines and systems
- Changes of system visualizations
- Testing and commissioning of special machines and systems including drive systems
- Technical instruction of the staff on site
- Troubleshooting and optimization of the systems
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
Your Profile
- Technical education or technical study; preferably Bachelor of Sc. degree in electrical engineering, electronik, control technology (HTL / FH)
- Several years of experience in after sales in the area of mechanical and plant engineering
- Technical understanding
- Sales oriented
- High level of commitment, teamwork and creativity as well as pronounced communication skills
- Customer, sales and service-oriented personality; service sales with travel activity
- Very good knowledge of English - further language knowledge desirable
- Step 7, TIA Portal knowledge
- Experience in dealing with Comos PT and basic knowledge of SAP (desirable, but not a prerequisite)
- Common MS Office programs

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 3.491,24 for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
