We are looking for a Director Business Development (m/f/d) to join our Paper Engineered Service Division in Europe.

YOUR TASKS

• Overall responsibility for business development and process technology for new customer projects in Europe.
• Central point of contact for all technological matters around paper
• Audits of plants or plant sections
• Exploration of new partnerships and M&A opportunities
• Development of upgrade concepts in cooperation with the global team
• Conducting customer trainings
• Development of a know-how platform for key paper and board grades
• Frequent interaction with the regional and global product managers
• Active participation in the collaboration between our capital and service divisions

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in process engineering or paper technology, MBA considered a plus
• Five years of professional experience in the pulp and paper industry, preferably from a customer or machinery supplier
• Extensive knowledge in the area of fiber and paper process technology
• Proactive, analytical and results-driven working style
• High team-working ability
• Excellent English and general communication skills
• High willingness to travel within Europe, occasionally globally

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of €4.066,84/month for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
