In this role, you will assist the team with various tasks such as overseeing bank accounts and digital payment solutions, preventing fraud, conducting credit analysis on business partners, and preparing the monthly credit risk report. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining efficient and secure financial management practices while also helping to minimize risks.
Job DescriptionADMINISTRATION OF BANK ACCOUNTS
- Opening, closing, and maintaining bank accounts
- Main point of contact for banks and subsidiaries regarding system access, updates, and troubleshooting
- Monitoring and reconciling bank accounts (especially in relation to signing authorities)
ADMINISTRATION OF DIGITAL PAYMENT SOLUTIONS
- Managing and implementing digital payment solutions (especially credit cards)
- Point of contact for the implementation and operation of these solutions
- Ensuring efficient and secure functioning of all systems
FRAUD PREVENTION
- Assisting in the development and implementation of fraud prevention measures
- Monitoring transactions for suspicious activities
- Collaborating with other departments to minimize fraud risks
CREDIT ANALYSIS OF BUSINESS PARTNERS
- Conducting credit checks and analyses for new and existing business partners
- Generating reports and recommendations based on the analysis results
- Supporting the team in evaluating and monitoring credit risks
CREDIT RISK REPORTING
- Assisting in the creation of the monthly credit risk report
- Collecting and preparing relevant data and information
QualificationsFirst relevant professional experience (also in form of internships) in finance is an advantage
HAK degree (business administration) or comparable education
Fluent in German and English
Excellent IT-skills such as MS Excel
Highly structured and self-sufficient way of working, enjoying excelling in a high-demanding environment
Eagerness to work with figures
Analytical way of thinking
You’re self-confident, proactive, diplomatic and you like to work in a team with an international environment
Additional InformationDue to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
