Area Sales Manager On Trade - Vienna and Lower Austria

Purpose of the role:
As On Trade Area Sales Manager - Vienna and Lower Austria, you will drive sales in the Horeca/catering sector and report to the On Trade Manager Austria. You will be responsible for On Trade customers, annual negotiations and daily follow-ups with existing customers and small wholesalers, as well as expanding the network, promoting distribution and growing our volume through all relevant On Trade channels.
You will have monthly meetings with the various stakeholders to monitor on-trade performance and campaigns and ensure that you are meeting or exceeding the budget. You will be part of a sales team dedicated to the on-trade sector, with clear targets and daily contact and follow-up.
The role:
Grow our customer base in the on-trade with a focus on Vienna
Weekly negotiations with the existing base and expansion of the network
Direct wholesale contact and relationship building
Ensuring the listing of new SKUs to be introduced
Monthly meetings to discuss performance
80% travel within Austria for partner visits
Who we are looking for:
At least 5+ years of experience in the Horeca/commercial sector, preferably in FMCG sales
Experience in negotiating with customers in the hospitality industry
Strong analytical skills and experience in using Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)
Analyze volume and performance reports and take appropriate action with customers
Goal-oriented and with a “dream big” mentality
Willing to go the extra mile to deliver results
Takes ownership of projects and shows flexibility and initiative to achieve goals
Knows how to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Mandatory languages: German, English
