• Responsibility for the smooth operations of the front office department
• Supervising the front office team and providing (on the job) training
• Development and implementation of SOPs and standards within the Sentido brand
• Providing an efficient and friendly check in and check out process
• Professional handling of complaints and guest feedback
• Room allocation and other administrative tasks
• Replacing our reservation manager during absence
• Shift work depending on business volume

• Completed vocational education and/or professional work experience in a similar role
• Hospitality mindset, excellent team work and communication skills
• High flexibility and resilience
• Confident handling of hotel software (ideally Suite 8 and Opera)
• Excellent German and English language skills (other foreign languages are an advantage)
• Ideally work experience within the reservation department
• A work permit for Austria (or EU citizen)
