The Sentido alpenhotel Kaiserfels is a 4* star hotel with 130 rooms, including 11 suites and a penthouse, in Sankt Johann in Tirol, just 12 km from Kitzbühel.

We are looking for Front Office Agent (m/w/d) from the coming winter season, preferably on a long-term basis.

• Welcoming our guests and handling check-in and check-out according to Sentido standards
• Taking care of our guests throughout their stay
• Professional handling of guest feedback and complaints
• Carrying out organisational and administrative tasks at the front office
• Communication with all other departments (housekeeping, kitchen, service, maintenance)
• Checking reservation confirmations and supporting the reservation manager with daily tasks
• Processing emails and guest enquiries, also via the sales partners' extranet
• Representation of the hotel and the Sentido brand as the first point of contact for our guests

• Completed apprenticeship in the hotel industry or initial professional experience in a comparable position
• A sense of responsibility and an independent way of working
• Hospitality mindset and attention to detail
• Communication and teamwork skills
• PMS knowledge desirable
• German and English language skills (other foreign languages desirable)
• EU citizen or in possession of a valid work permit for Austria
