• Managing all operational processes in the F&B outlets of the hotel and the Rockbar
• Developing and improving the F&B concept and culinary offering
• Strategic planning and implementation of measures to increase F&B revenue
• Supervising and training F&B team
• Ensuring an excellent guest care, proactive service and warm hospitality
• Professional handling of complaints and guest feedback
• Communication with all other departments (housekeeping, kitchen, service, maintenance)
• Representation of the hotel and the Rockbar as point of contact for guests and business partners

• Completed vocational education and/or professional work experience in a similar role
• Good manners, excellent team work and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strategic mindset with an affinity for key business figures
• Confident handling of POS systems and MS Excel
• Excellent German and English language skills (other foreign languages are an advantage)
• Excellent host, attention to detail and high level of service orientation
• A work permit for Austria (or EU citizen)
