To drive forward the digital transformation in municipal administration, we are looking for you as a Application Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on CRM Join our full-time application management team, working from home or in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr area - and get ahead with the market leader for municipal IT solutions! This will be your job... As an expert in the design and further development of our IT systems, you will play a central role in our team. Your diverse tasks will include You will be involved in the introduction and further development of our new CRM system based on CAS genesisWorld You coordinate and manage projects - both internally and with external partners Together with colleagues from the specialist departments, you determine the requirements for the CRM system, implement them and communicate the changes to the users You document the CRM system and maintain the process manual You support our internal users with your technical knowledge in the selection and use of our internal tools (e.g. CRM) and are also available to answer our external customers' questions You not only take care of troubleshooting and patch/release management, but also proactively provide impetus for continuous improvement You play a key role in shaping the consolidation and automation of internal IT processes and help to keep our systems running at the highest level This is what we want... You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics or an apprenticeship as an IT specialist with business administration content or have a comparable qualification You have initial professional experience in supporting critical applications and systems (preferably CRM) in a medium-sized company or at an IT service provider You have experience in supporting internal specialist processes, automation (scripting) and operational monitoring You are characterized by high commitment, service orientation, independent and structured work as well as communication skills Ideally, you have project management expertise and have already gained some experience in requirements management This is what you might think...
