To drive forward the digital transformation in municipal administration, we are looking for you as a Application Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on Jira & Confluence Join our Application Management team full-time, working from home or in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr area - and get ahead with the market leader for municipal IT solutions! This will be your job... As an expert in the design and further development of our IT systems, you will play a central role in our team. Your diverse tasks will include You are largely responsible for the design and customization of Jira and Confluence. You will develop tailor-made solutions and optimize existing processes You coordinate and manage projects independently, both internally and with external partners, and ensure smooth implementation You record requirements, evaluate them with regard to their feasibility in the standard and initiate adjustments You ensure that the requirements are clearly defined and prioritized You play a leading role in specialist projects and contribute to successful implementation with your specialist knowledge and project management skills You are responsible for the specialist architecture of the systems you support and ensure that they meet the requirements and standards You provide training, advise and coach system users and support them in using the systems effectively You advise users on the introduction and optimization of processes and ensure that best practices are implemented This is what we want... You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics or training as an IT specialist or have a comparable qualification You have practical experience in system support, integration and administration or similar fields of activity, with good knowledge of the Atlassian products Jira and Confluence You are confident in dealing with business processes and in recording and analyzing requirements You have experience in process optimization and can translate requirements into technical solutions You are familiar with automation and know how to use ScriptRunner (Groovy Script) in Jira to automate tasks You are proficient in Jira Query Language (JQL) and can create complex search queries and filters You have a high level of social and communication skills, can communicate in a targeted manner and deal with conflict situations confidently and constructively Knowledge of databases is an advantage You might think so...
