Junior Event & Travel Manager (all genders) Part-time (30 h/w) in Vienna, Austria

• Support with administrative activities for the Facility & Event Management Team
• Support with event planning, coordination and organization

• Ideally a minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience, preferably in event management and organization
• Strong organizational skills, proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and multitask
• Effective planning and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German (at C-level)
• IT affinity and excellent knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Valid work permit in Austria.
