What you do 1st and 2nd level support Ensuring trouble-free operation and efficient support as well as the implementation of IT standards Administration, organization, support and continuous development of the IT infrastructure for over 800 users Collaboration in IT projects / taking responsibility for sub-projects Support in projects in the area of data protection and information security What makes you special Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration (m/f/d) or completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in a computer science degree program or similar qualification with several years of professional experience in the IT sector Basic knowledge of network and W-LAN Experience with virtualization solutions Knowledge of Windows Server Administration (from 2022), HCL Notes and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is desirable Knowledge of the Windows and macOS operating systems in the client environment Experience in dealing with printer management solutions and ticket systems Structured and independent way of working, characterized by a strong service mindset and high willingness to work in a team Knowledge of data protection and information security is desirable Car driver's license What we do for you At Brücke SH, we assume social responsibility.
