What You Will Add to Our Crew:

• 1+ years experience working within industries like hospitality or logistics.

• You’re a natural communicator with a hands-on personality who isn't afraid to get your hands dirty.

• Capable of juggling multiple tasks while maintaining an overview in a high-speed work environment.

• Ambitious towards flawless execution and operational excellence.

• Willingness to work on weekends.

• A driver’s license is a bonus.

• Fluency in English and at least B2 level in German.

What you will have an impact on in your role:

• Ensuring that our guests are constantly satisfied and as happy as they can be

• Managing the day to day operation of allocated hospitality units

• Working closely with external partners ensuring consistent quality levels and consistent performance improvements

• Maintaining good relationships to local service providers, employees, and all other stakeholders

• Designing scalable operations processes (SOPs) and automating them as much as possible with our tech team

• Ensuring that the allocated units are proactively maintained and improved
