Professional work in an exciting and modern environment: Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf Medical Services GmbH (UKM) is one of four wholly-owned subsidiaries of the University Hospital Düsseldorf (UKD), the largest hospital in Düsseldorf. We are responsible for key areas of the UKD's day-to-day operations and guarantee optimum care for the hospital's secondary processes. This includes the areas of project management, construction and technology, UKM IT, laundry, central sterile supply, security services, logistics, archives and much more. UKM also supports the hospital's IT infrastructure with a wide range of IT services. We would like to strengthen our team in the area of UKM IT in the long term and are looking for a IT - Warehouse employee / warehouse logistics clerk in the IT department (m/f/d) If you enjoy the following tasks.... Receiving deliveries of goods and checking the delivered goods for quantity and condition on the basis of delivery notes Posting goods receipts via SAP Inventory of assets with ID numbers as well as maintenance and management of assets Picking goods via our in-house transportation service Clarification of delivery dates and warranty cases with suppliers License management and release via online portal and you bring the following with you.... Completed training as a warehouse logistics clerk or a comparable qualification for the above-mentioned area of responsibility Initial work experience in warehouse logistics is an advantage Good knowledge of common Office applications, preferably also with SAP knowledge Good written and spoken German skills Independent, careful, reliable and structured working style Communication and teamwork skills, paired with a service-oriented and friendly demeanor Preferably also with a trainer aptitude test in the commercial sector .... then we definitely want to get to know you!
