Customer Application Support Engineer - IoT Security (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical consultancy and guidance to customers in the design of NXP IoT Security solutions.
• Supporting technical design-in and leading customer projects.
• Developing a close relationship with the worldwide technical support network.
• Develop and maintain techical customer support documentation related to IoT security including technical product training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into all aspects of product development.

Technical Skills:

• Embedded SW development for microcontrollers and working with cloud services.
• Knowledge of in embedded software design (C/C++), Java, Linux, Android, version control tools, and development systems for embedded SW.
• Basic knowledge of cryptography, secure messaging, and information system security.
• Basic knowledge of secure microcontrollers and secure boot processes.
• Project Management knowledge related to customer projects.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and customer interfacing skills.
• Solid English communication skills both written and verbal
• Target oriented with a clear focus on results achievement.
• Team player, multi-culturally sensitive, process and quality oriented.
• Works independently, takes initiative.
• Flexible to travel up to 20%.
