To strengthen our central information technology department in Ettlingen, we are looking for a committed and motivated Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) SAP HCM Your tasks IT contact person for the HR department for SAP HCM SAP HCM module support (incl. interfaces) with possible focus on the following areas: Personnel administration (PA) Time management (PT) Payroll accounting (PY) Organizational Management (OM) ESS/MSS with Fiori Support of the specialist departments in the implementation of customer-related processes & legal requirements Accompaniment of functional & integration tests Managing the use of external service providers as part of module support Project work as part of the international digitalization of HR processes at bardusch, including collaboration and involvement in the introduction of SAP Success Factors Your profile Degree in business informatics or business administration or completed commercial training with relevant professional experience, primarily in the field of human resources Relevant professional experience in SAP HCM module support incl. customizing Experience with ESS / MSS and Fiori is an advantage Knowledge of project management Programming knowledge in the SAP HCM environment is an advantage (not a requirement) High degree of independence, quick comprehension and initiative in combination with a structured and analytical way of working Strong service mentality as well as good communication and teamwork skills High sense of responsibility and trustworthiness Very good knowledge of German / good knowledge of English Our offer to you A wide range of tasks in an expanding, crisis-proof company A permanent employment contract, weekly working hours: 40 hours Working from home is possible up to 80% of the time Pension allowances, capital-forming benefits and vacation and Christmas bonuses Corporate benefits: discounts on a wide range of shopping and leisure activities Very good public transport connections, free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity, covered bicycle parking spaces We challenge and support our employees through our own personnel development and customized training courses As a family business, an open working atmosphere is very important to us, as is working in an open-minded and collegial team We look forward to receiving your application documents, including details of your income expectations and availability.
