Miznon is the wild concept of the celebrated Israeli chef Eyal Shani, located in Vienna's first district. The first Miznon opened in Tel Aviv in 2011, followed by locations in Paris, Singapore, Vienna, Melbourne, and NYC. Shani's vision is to capture the essence of Tel Aviv's street food scene in a loud, rustic, and casual space by infusing pitas and other dishes with his signature originality. The Miznon menu changes daily to reflect the freshest seasonal produce, but always features a special pita made by Israel's world-renowned Angel Bakeries specifically for Miznon.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and professional cook with relevant experience. You are are hands-on, amazing with the team, love the personal approach of an informal restaurant environment, can quickly establish credibility and respect and perform well at building strong working relationships. You demonstrate commitment and passion—your approach is enthusiastic and likewise creative and mature.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage
- Team spirit
- Flexible and hardworking
- Active listening and effective communication skills
Gross monthly salary: minimum of EUR 1970,00€ for 40 hours per week (in accordance with the collective labor agreement).
Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
