Strategic controlling monitors strategic planning and its implementation within the company. The calibration with market and competitive data enables the Management Board to take important strategic decisions.

• Timely identification of deviations from strategy and initiation of focused strategic measures
• Evaluation of investment projects (pre- and post-monitoring), together with Controlling & Finance as well as technology managers as a basis for decisions by the Executive Board
• Preparation of strategic project evaluations for M&A projects (pre- and post-monitoring) together with Finance, Legal & Tax
• Establishing approaches for holistic value creation to control and track the implementation of the corporate strategy
• In-depth analysis of Greiner Group performance in comparison with benchmarking of key performance indicators
• Creation of a strategic early warning system
• Implementation of communication & alignment channels to review relevant strategic goals

• Several years of professional experience in the field of strategic controlling
• Experience in asset investments as well as M&A is of significant advantage
• Completed business studies and at least 5 years of professional experience in an international environment, ideally in medium-sized companies
• High-level analytical skills & detail orientation - while keeping sight of the big picture and strategic goals
• Team-orientation and integrity, in combination with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English, knowledge of German language is an advantage

Due to legal standards in Austria, we are required to disclose the minimum gross salary for the position as defined by the collective agreement, which amounts EUR 73,872,12 (collective agreement for chemical industry). A willingness to offer additional compensation based on your individual profile and professional experience, as well as a performance bonus, is a given.
