You will provide technical support for the IT infrastructure spread across three locations, maintain virtual servers, manage authorizations and pass on your knowledge in short training videos and in person. As part of the team, you will look after the hardware and software of employees' smartphones and notebooks. You will initiate and support your own IT projects from concept to implementation, such as a digital training portal, setting up hybrid event rooms and web streaming services. What you bring to the table: You have completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification. You feel at home in the Microsoft system administration and Office environment; network knowledge and experience with Unix/Linux, VMware, Swyx VoIP systems and HCL Domino are an advantage. You solve problems independently and with foresight, work in a structured manner and always keep abreast of technical developments in an innovative environment. You are a team player (m/f/d) and know how to communicate your concerns successfully and in a customer-oriented manner, even to people from outside the field.
