At the Center for Information and Media Processing (ZIM) are available at the earliest possible date, for an indefinite period, two positions as IT Specialist M365 & Mail with 100% of the collectively agreed working hours (Part-time is possible, please indicate in your application whether you would also or only be interested in part-time employment) to be filled. Position: E 11 TV-L Professional and personal recruitment requirements: A university degree (Bachelor's or comparable) in information technology or a related subject with an IT focus or completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable training and at least three years of professional experience building on this Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, in particular Azure AD / EntraID, preferably also in the areas of Exchange (online and/or hybrid), Teams, SharePoint Online Intune Sound experience with the administration of Active Directory and MS Exchange On-Premise Routine in the automation of administrative activities with MS Powershell Knowledge of other (Linux) mail systems and in-depth expertise in the migration of existing solutions Basic knowledge of single sign-on solutions used in a university environment (e.g. Shibboleth) is advantageous Very good German and good written and spoken English skills a strong team orientation and communication skills Organizational skills paired with a high service orientation Willingness to carry out the above tasks in a team Tasks and requirements: Design, implementation and evaluation of groupware and collaboration solutions with a focus on M365 Development and implementation of email solutions incl. migration of existing solutions Support with the administration of the central Exchange mail system Independent collaboration in the conception and implementation of the introduction of M365 at the BUW Support of the M365 infrastructure and hybrid environment after introduction at the BUW 2nd and 3rd level support for M365 Collaboration in the activities of the Central Windows Services ZWD We offer flexible working hours with the option of working from home on a pro rata basis, a pleasant and collegial working atmosphere and other benefits such as the additional public service pension scheme (VBL), participation in university sports and varied catering in the campus canteens.
